General Scouting Questions
Scouting is a worldwide youth movement that aims to support young people in their physical, mental, and spiritual development. It encourages them to play constructive roles in society through various activities and adventures.
Scouting is divided into five age-specific sections:
- Joey Scouts (ages 5-7)
- Cub Scouts (ages 8-10)
- Scouts (ages 11-14)
- Venturer Scouts (ages 15-17)
To register your child, contact us via our contact form, call us at [phone number], or visit one of our weekly meetings. You will need to complete a membership form and pay the annual membership fee.
Initially, new members can wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play. Once registered, they will receive information on purchasing the official Scout uniform.
Parents are not required to stay during meetings, but we encourage parental involvement in various capacities, such as volunteering or helping with special events.
